Can you make plushies from original characters or brand mascots?

Absolutely! We specialize in turning original designs, OCs, mascots, and even
hand-drawn sketches into plushies.

Can you replicate copyrighted characters?

We’re unable to create plushies of copyrighted characters without written permission from the copyright holder.

What is the difference between PlushLab Signature and PlushLab Studio?

Meanwhile, PlushLab Studio offers fully bespoke creations—bringing your unique ideas to life, crafting one-of-a-kind plush toys from scratch.

Ordering Process

How do I place an order?

Submit your reference images, designs, or sketches via our online form or
WhatsApp. We’ll guide you from there.

What file types should I send?

High-resolution JPEG, PNG, AI or PDF files are best. More detail and angles help us bring your vision to life.

Do you offer design services if I only have a sketch or idea?

Yes! Our design team can work from rough concepts, photos, or even a verbal description.

Can I request changes after placing an order?

Minor revisions are possible early in the process. Major changes later may incur additional costs.

Will I see a preview before sample is produced?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital mockup or concept sketch for approval prior to crafting.

What’s your revision policy during design and prototyping?

We include 2–3 rounds of revisions to ensure the design and prototype meet your expectations.

Production & Prototyping

How long does production take?

The entire process—design, prototyping, and manufacturing—typically takes 8-16 weeks, depending on complexity and order size.

Do you offer samples or prototypes?

Yes. We provide final samples for approval before full production begins.

Can I order just one plushie or a small batch?

Yes, one-off and low-volume options are available for gifts, creators, or marketing. Note that pricing is higher per unit.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 units, though exceptions can be made for special projects or prototypes.

What size options are available?

Plushies generally range from 4" to 24", with custom sizes available upon request.

Can I choose materials or colors?

Yes! We offer materials like minky, velboa, felt, and organic cotton, with custom colors and textures available.

Can you match specific colors or logos?

We use Pantone Matching, embroidery, and printing to align with your brand’s colors and logos.

Do you help with packaging or labels?

We provide custom packaging, swing tags, woven labels, and eco-friendly options tailored to your needs.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a custom plushie cost?

Prices depend on design complexity, size, materials, and order volume. You’ll receive a quote after submitting your concept.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 50% deposit to begin the sampling process, with the balance due before production. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

Shipping & Fulfilment

What are the shipping costs?

We provide free shipping within Singapore for one trip per order. For split shipments, extra fees will be incurred.

Can I choose to store the plushies at your warehouse?

We provide complimentary storage services for 3 months.

Product Safety & Ethics

Are your plushies safe for children?

All materials are child-safe and compliant with international safety standards. Let us know if it's for a child under 3 for added safety features.

Do you meet global safety standards?

Yes, our plushies are tested and certified to meet CPSIA, EN71, and other relevant standards.

Are your products ethically and sustainably made?

We prioritize ethical manufacturing and offer sustainable material options on request.

Additional Services

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes, we keep approved designs on file to make future reorders seamless.

Do you support retail, licensing, or white-labeling?

Yes. We have experience in retail partnerships, IP licensing, and creating white-label products.

Do you make other products besides plushies?

We also create matching merchandise such as apparel, cushions, bags, and collectibles.

What if I’m unhappy with the prototype or final product?

Client satisfaction is a top priority. We offer revisions, strict quality control, and replacements or refunds if necessary.
